Better balance begins with improved posture, sharpened awareness & a stronger core.  This 7-week program teaches people over 55 how to be anchored, upright & agile in an unpredictable world.  Exercises are body-weight based, functional movements.  They are done standing or seated in a chair.  Each student receives a computerized postural analysis.  Our standout feature is the video homework email you'll get after each class - practice what you learned in the comfort of your own home.  Renew balance, restore confidence and preserve your independence with this balance improvement program.
