Do you feel like you are riding the weight loss roller coaster? You want to build better habits and strength. Then this program is FOR YOU!
If you want to be fit without stretching yourself to impossible limits, then you need to put in place consistent habits. This 6-week Healthy Together Challenge is a perfect combination of healthy nutrition habits and workout habits. You will receive daily healthy habit tips, weekly group coaching, recipes, and strength building workouts. Plus, you will be part of a health seeking community. It’s a healthy together challenge.

·       Healthy Nutrition tips- You will receive daily healthy nutrition and fitness tips.
·       Online Coaching- Weekly 1-hour of live online coaching with Coach Aesha on Tuesdays @ 6:30 p.m. You can ask them any question you want related to your health and fitness journey. If you miss the LIVE call, you can watch the recording.
·       Part of Healthy Community- You will have access to a closed FB group with other health-conscious individuals. Together we will support and build each other stronger.
·       Full Body Workouts- The workouts will build strength and tone your whole body.
·       Convenience- You work out when and where it is convenient for you. You do not need to pay gym subscription fees. It is possible to work out from your home with super flexible schedules.
·       Variety of Workouts- You are guaranteed to have fun every day and look forward to your next session.
·       Minimizes Injuries- You can do 100% bodyweight training or use your choice of weights. No need for a gym. It is that simple with minimal equipment

Aesha has a Master's degree in Exercise Science from Concordia University of Chicago and she is a proud owner of Tone and Strengthen, a company that provides mobile fitness solutions. She is an AFAA Certified Group Exercise Instructor, NASM-Certified personal trainer, and NASM certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She is a Master Instructor for Spinning(R) Indoor Cycling program. She loves hiking, biking, running races for good causes, yoga, nature, proper nutrition and exercise. She began teaching fitness classes six years ago and she loves the community and camaraderie that group exercise classes offer. Aesha has a soft spot for "newbies" and loves helping people ease into a healthy and active lifestyle with a "Make it Fun!" attitude. Her workouts are fun, challenging, and functional and at the same time bring peace and clarity of mind to her clients. She is dedicated to helping people of all ages achieve fitness at their level. I meet the people where they are at and go from there. She is grateful for this opportunity to help others reach their wellness goals.
